Arbequina is Sutter Buttes’ signature product, and it’s easy to see why it’s earned the Northern California olive oil company international renown. Their olives are grown within a 30-mile radius of Sacramento Valley’s Sutter Buttes – a volcanic formation created 300 million years ago. That soil supercharges the olives, which are carefully harvested and processed as early as 1 hour after picking, which is key to ensuring they keep their fruity character.
