This unique, high-drama salt is a flavor bomb of salty sweetness matched with savory notes of caramelized garlic. Swoon! Jacobsen ferments the garlic in-house until it turns dark and sweet, then dry it, and blend it into the salt. The Jacobsen family’s love of good sea salt blossomed in Scandinavia – their motherland. When they moved to Oregon, they started harvesting it themselves on a gorgeous spot along the coast (Google the “three capes”). Definitely worth their salt!
