We’re all chevre’d up and raring to go. This smooth and creamy goat cheese comes bundled in a blanket of earthy black summer truffles, from the Provence region of France. And it’s not the only classy thing about the chic chevre. Everything screams quality, including the fact that it’s made using traditional French techniques, from prime pasteurized milk collected from independent Wisconsin family farms. We don’t see mushroom for improvement.
Tip of the Tongue:
Take the road less truffled, by adding a luxurious element to everything from pasta and paninis, to omelets and salads, to a simple toasted baguette!
