We’ve been searching for an all-almond butter that could match the flavor and texture of our favorite peanut butter. It turns out we couldn’t find one because Big Spoon hadn’t made one yet. Mark Overbay starts with heirloom Mission almonds which are then roasted, ground, and packaged while still warm, resulting in a nut butter that is uniquely fresh and nutritious with a super rich, deep flavor. The only additions are wildflower honey and sea salt – just enough to let almonds shine. Pure almond joy.
